Extremely soft and fragile, highly susceptible to scratches, chips, and etching. Very porous, absorbs water and chemicals, leading to damage without constant sealing. Not resistant to freeze-thaw cycles, which can cause cracking and delamination. Darker colors can get very hot in direct sunlight. High maintenance and cost.
