What cleaning products are detrimental to limestone?
Acidic cleaners, including vinegar, lemon juice, and many common household disinfectants, are highly detrimental to limestone as they cause etching and permanent damage. Abrasive cleaners and scouring pads should also be avoided to prevent scratching. Always use pH-neutral cleaning solutions.
