How is a grout bag used for filling joints in natural stone veneer installation?
A grout bag, also known as a 'cake-bag,' is used to inject mortar into the joints after the stone has been installed. Any stone chips or wood wedges used to immobilize stones should be removed prior to filling the joints with the grout bag.
